TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
✓ The daily rate starts at midday of one day and finishes at midday of the another. Entrances before this and departures after it upon availability and additional charging.
✓ Breakfast included in the daily rate. From Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. / Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
✓ Free Internet (cable and wifi) and parking.
✓ Service fee and ISS are not charged.
✓ No show policy: ''Non-Guaranteed'' booking will be confirmed until 8 p.m. of the check-in day, after 8 p.m. they will be subject to availability. ''Guaranteed'' booking: they will be maintained in the system until the following check-in day's midday.
✓ Under aged stay: the stay of under aged people (-18) unaccompanied or together with other representatives will be allowed only upon authorization duly notarized bytheir parents. The stay of under aged people (-18), even accompanied by their parents, has to have the parenthood proven by presenting the ID or birth certificate. The Art. 82 of the Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (Law nº 8.069/90) defines under aged stay as a crime, unless accompanied by their parents or with the proper authorization.
✓ The booking will take effect only after receiving the confirmation on your e-mail.
